2023 Scholarship Application Form

The Yukon Chamber of Commerce is pleased to award a $1,000 scholarship* to a high school senior who is either employed by a Yukon Chamber member business or is a
child/grandchild of a Chamber member business owner, or the child/grandchild of
a chamber member’s employee.**  Applicants must be enrolling in an accredited college or career technical school.  The Yukon Chamber of Commerce Scholarship fund will be supported by various events and activities that the Chamber organizes throughout the year. 

Students qualified to apply for this scholarship must be enrolling in a full-time undergraduate program in an accredited college or career technical school. They must also be a senior at one of the following: 1) Yukon High School, 2) a Yukon Chamber member private school, or 3) an online school as long as he/she is residing in the Yukon Public School District. Applicants must be 21 years of age or younger.  

All applicants will be evaluated on the three areas listed below:
1) Academic achievement, 2) Work, extra-curricular activities, and community/volunteer involvement, and 3) An essay to be based on one of the topics listed below.

 *The selected recipient of the scholarship must provide proof of enrollment the first semester at an accredited college or career technical program prior to funds being issued.  $1,000 will be disbursed directly to the school’s registrar’s office.

 **The Member business must be a Yukon Chamber of Commerce member in good standing to qualify.
